At KATz Boot Camp we are just real women wanting to get real fit! If you’re local come join us if you’re not join us online! All you need is your body weight and your KAT-titude! We combine strength, cardio and core all in 30 minutes. Move at your own pace, modify as needed - nobody gets left behind! HIIT or MIIT (High or Medium Intensity) Remember and as always, SAFETY FIRST!
