Reverse grip barbell row, better known as the Yates Row due to it being made famous by Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates is one of THE BEST back building movements next to deadlifting! PERIOD!
I've neglected doing these for a few weeks because I've been enjoying my Landmine attachment a tad too much lately, so its back to this basic back bomber of an exercise!
12 sets in total, #8 @ 265, #9 @ 270, and #10 and 11 (shown here) @ 275 for a fugly set of 5!
Drop set #12 (next video) 225 for 10!
(side note, EVERYTHING HURTS!!! Lol...its been only 4 hrs since and my back, traps, and arms are screaming!!! SUCCESS!!)
