Homemade Healthy PUMPKIN SOUP With Coconut Milk

The video shows how to cook a quick and healthy pumpkin soup with freshly prepared ingredients. This recipe is simple, using canned pumpkin puree that doesn’t compromise in flavour. Watch the video.
- Ingredients: -
2 - 15 oz cans of organic pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 large yellow onion, chopped
6 - 7 cloves large cloves of garlic, chopped
1 ½ tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
½ tsp. Nutmeg
1/16 tsp. Ground cloves
⅓ tsp. Ground ginger
½ cup full fat coconut milk
4 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth, low sodium (50 mg)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
