No recipe needed, just throw in grounds meat, favorite veggies, favorite seasonings and let it simmer.

I used:
ground turkey
Onion
Peppers
Zucchini
Squash
Black beans
Diced tomatoes
Ro-tel tomatoes and green Chilis
Green onions

Garlic salt
Sea salt
Onion powder
Pepper
Paprika
Herbs de provence
Tiny bit of Stevia, seriously tiny.
Chili powder
Cumin
Liquid smoke
Worcestershire

And the kids topped with little cheese and ranch.
