Maple Leaf Tea

During the summer I collect rainwater in a tub under the maple tree to water the flowers nearby. Every fall this clear rain water becomes "Maple Leaf Tea". No, I don't drink it but I always reflect on how anything can become a "tea" and wonder how many things out there might be very beneficial and all around us. Henry David Thoreau mentions "meadow tea" in his book "Walking" :) Comments Welcome
