I have had so many people reach out experiencing anxiety, fear and worry. Did you know that anxiety was never recorded in medical history prior to the invention of electricity?

As our world has become more and more electrified and cell phone radiation has increased, so has anxiety.

In addition to using facial reflexology, some great ways to reduce anxiety are to sleep with your cell phone turned off or in another room and spend time in nature as the earth emits electrons that keep you grounded and give you energy. If you're able to walk barefoot on the earth, even better!

In this video, I show you how to support your kidneys, bladder, spleen, stomach and heart to feel grounded, calm and supported.

You can do these points up to 4 times a day and it's super helpful for children and teenagers too. For children under 5 years old, just use your fingers instead of the Magic Wand (detector).
