UN chief: 'leadership gap' on climate change

Current commitments to cut greenhouse gas emissions will still put the planet on track for an average 2.7 degrees Celsius temperature rise this century, a United Nations report said on Tuesday. U.N. Secretary General Antonio Guterres says the report is a "thundering wake up call" on government failures.
