Hotel Moncado - A Slice of Hidden Filipino History in the Mountains of Cebu

Out again in the early morning into the mountains of Cebu. This time we took a look at the Sudlon National Park, a protected area with cultivated and uncultivated areas, side by side.
Here you find a multitude of vegetable gardens and farms - and a slice of Cebu's history: The Moncado Hotel, named after the founder of the Filipino Crusaders World Army, Hilario Moncado.
