A couple of young Filipinas give advice on their YT channels to (old) foreigners and what to do and not to do, if they want to relocate from their home countries to the Philippines. Is it worth the time to watch, when young teaches old?

There is a big discussion on YouTube about the age gap in relationships and marriages in the Philippines between mostly foreigners and Filipinas. Age gap relationships are somewhat obsolete in the West, unless some celebrities or film stars get married to a considerably younger girl, what seems to be accepted for unknown reasons. Sounds like western hypocrisy to me. Not in the Philippines. What do the girls here expect from their much older partners, if money is not the prime factor for their decision?

I got stuck in the mud of a spillway. But rescue was close. A bunch of guys, who heard that there was somebody in need of help, came rushing and helped me out. This behaviour is called "Bayanihan" here, the common effort and help as a principle of living together

Another hot day in rainy season, but sunny and dry. I climbed on my quad to check out some places. First place is the new sports complex with the huge covered court and the big olympic sized pool. This is followed by a drive through the countryside on rough and very rough roads, a fun ride with the quad. In the end, I visited the street vendor who sells fresh coconut to be consumed right on the spot.

Another outing with Naya and Biko to Barangay San Juan and its beaches. Unfortunately the beaches there are pretty untidy as well, comparable with the beach near the dike-walk. Philippines is drowning in an ocean of plastic trash...

Parada ng lechon in Balayan and we are once again out of town and join our relatives in barangay Sampaga. Naya's first San Juan event ever. She enjoyed it to the fullest...

Naya is looking again for shells on the beach near the dike-walk. Biko came with us to explore the area. A whole new experience for the little doggie. Later we transfered to the Balayan Bay Walk, where Biko encountered another dog being too friendly to him, to close for comfort.... LOL

Quick travel to the beach and to our basketball court, where a school class practiced a dance for the upcoming fiesta. All new views for the little guy, who slowly seems to get used riding on the quad...
