AZERBAIJAN NATIONAL NON-SWEET PASTRY SHOR GOGAL | sweet with SPICY filling🤤

Ingredients for the dough:

700g flour
350ml of water
20g yeast
1tsp salt
30g melted unsalted butter
1tsp turmeric
350 g melted butter + 1 tsp turmeric (for greasing dough layers)

For filling:
100g melted unsalted butter
1tbsp fennel
1tbsp anise
1tsp turmeric
1tbsp salt
1tsp pepper
