Navy engineer CAUGHT selling nuclear secrets; Federal judge rules against natural immunity

A Navy nuclear engineer with access to military secrets has been accused of trying to pass information about the design of a nuclear-powered submarine to someone he thought was a representative of a foreign government. It was instead an undercover FBI agent, the Justice Department said on Oct. 10th.

Federal Judge Paul Maloney denied a request to block Michigan State University's COVID-19 vaccine mandate on the grounds of natural immunity on Oct. 8. Jeanna Norris, who works at Michigan State University, challenged the school's vaccine requirement on the grounds that she had been injected with COVID-19 and had recovered. After having two antibody tests showing she was immune, her doctor instructed her not to get the vaccine at this time.
