In this video I share two different styles of Concentrative Meditation Practice that involves holding single-pointed focus as a means of slowing down brainwave frequency. I recommend practicing and mastering this form before moving on to the practice of mindfulness meditation. Practice time is 25 minutes a day. This opens up a new level of consciousness development.
