On the path to raising consciousness, healing addictions provides an immediate lift in vibrational frequency. Addiction and denial are complementary energies, as no one ever wants to admit they are addicted to something that is harmful. That's why excuses, rationalizations and reframing the truth come into play. The physical addictions and the psychological attachments both limit the expansion of consciousness.
