Alexander the Great and Marco Polo reported seeing dragons. Cities around the world maintain monuments, sculptures and paintings of dragons. Ancient books, including the Bible and the Epic of Gilgamesh mention dragons. Dictionaries up to about 100 years ago, define dragons as a living creature.

Are dragons a myth? Or are they legendary? This talk endeavors to explore what we know about dragons from both history and other writings.
