First Thessalonians, Chapter 3

Paul encourages the Thessalonian church. It's full of new believers, they're experiencing persecution, opposition, and they're doing well!
Imagine a church where everyone is a new convert... and from that group you have to appoint leaders, deacons, etc.
This is a letter worth reading.
