Lateral Step-Ups From Stabil FIT Life #StabilFITLife
Always try something new. As a personal trainer I always try new exercises during my downtime and try to master the movement throughout the week by adding them in my warmups before my workouts. I've never done lateral step-ups before and it shows. My plan is to become better at these and master the movement. This is a great frontal plane exercise. You can also raise your outside knee if you have great balance. I will try that in a couple of weeks lol. Hope you all enjoy.
