This is my first time brewing a lager and actually lagering it. I brew it on the Clawhammer Supply 240 volt 20 gallon system as well! The system has been a lot of fun and I love how little of a footprint it takes up. This is my 4th brew on the system so far. I also discuss the lagering process a bit.
