Smoked wings with a little Korean BBQ sauce twist! If you haven't tried this, its soooooo easy! Find your favorite poultry rub, coat your wings, smoke them to temp of 160, then toss them over an open fire till they are crisp. Finish off with a nice Korean BBQ sauce! So incredibly good. Ok, I won't lie. I forgot how fun and easy extract brewing can be. It was even more fun brewing it on the Clawhammer Supply starter set. This is my first time brewing a lager and actually lagering it. I brew it on the Clawhammer Supply 240 volt 20 gallon system as well! Initially, I saw this fire pit on kickstarter.com and absolutely felt the need for one! The idea of it being virtually smokeless was a very attractive buy to me. This is the largest fire pit that Solo Stove makes to date! It puts out a fantastic amount of heat and is fun to look at. I decided to share my first experience using it and hope that it helps you decide on whether or not its a fit for your backyard or campground.
