Manchin hits PAUSE on 3.5T spending package; Europe’s CDC: No urgent need for COVID-19 booster shot

The famous Democrat centrist, Sen. Joe Manchin, has riled his Democrat colleagues. He said given what the country is facing right now, inflation, new waves of the coronavirus, and the bungled Afghan war exit, he would ask his colleagues and all of the Senate to “hit the pause button” on the $3.5 trillion.
