Best chest and core exercises at home without weights
Get ready for the two minutes BLASTER workout.
The BEST part is YOU need no equipment’s or additional weight.

All you need to do is just follow the video and lets kick out some adrenaline. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through. You can increase the intensity by increasing work time versus decreasing the rest time.
