For the chicken meatball

500g minced chicken
6 tbsp bread-crumbs
2 cm freshly grated ginger
2 tbspKetjap manis or sweet soy sauce
1 egg
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp
sesame oil
1 tsp
black sesame seeds
1/2 tsp
Crushed chilli optional

FOR THE SAUCE
75ml Oyster sauce
50ml Ketjap manis or sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 lemon (juice)
