DID I FIX THE VIDEO STUTTER?

Even after all these years of using Linux, I’ll still find something new. I’ve used video taken and saved by cameras before, but not so much using a webcam. That’s what I’ve been doing for these videos. I was using OBS-Studio. I’m not doing that any more. I’m using Webcamoid to set up my video settings and then using VokoscreenNG to record from my webcam and desktop. Seems to be working! We’ll find out after I post this video.
