This practice is all about: BRIDGING SCIENCE WITH SOUL-BASED REFLECTION. AKA Spirituality (I don't want this to be confused with any religion, so I choose to instead use "soul-based reflection").

I am taking my routine and making it LIVE for you every day.

My routine: Wake up, no makeup, no getting pretty, just WAKE UP AND WORKOUT THEN MEDITATE OR MEDITATE THEN WORKOUT. Either or.

A routine I have done for YEARS! The working out part has been a part of who I am 3-5 days every week since I was 25 (I am in my 40's now).

However, meditation wasn't always a thing, and even when I started doing it all of the time it wasn't always my AM thing every single day. However, a lot of things shifted in my life recently as a business owner and I needed to ensure that meditate NEVER got left out in my routine. Working out is so essential to moving and breathing but SO IS MEDITATION!
