Crusty Keto Bagels 🥯

Wow!!! These turned out better than I thought they would and I have been enjoying them for the past 3 days! I stored the leftovers in a ziplock bag in the fridge and then toasted them when I was ready to eat one. I made a sandwich with one yesterday and then enjoyed a couple toasted with cream cheese. 🤤🤤🤤

RECIPE:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add in 1.5 cups of freshly shredded mozzarella cheese and 4 oz of cream cheese.
2. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. It took mine 1 minute.
3. Remove and immediately stir it up until combine.
4. Add in 2 eggs, 1.5 cups of almond flour, 2 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of salt.
5. Stir it all together and then knead it for a couple minutes. *I oil up my hands for this part because it is super sticky.
6. Cut it into fourths and then roll each piece into a log. Connect the ends to form your bagel.
7. Place on a parchment lined pan and sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds.
8. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes.
*Keep an eye on them as it gets close to the 10-11 minute mark to make sure they don't burn.

**Next time I make them, I will cut the ball of dough into fifths to make 5 instead of 4.
