Ok, this may look like a hot mess and I goofed up placing the bagel on upside down in the beginning but it was delicious!! 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️😋

1. Heat up your griddle or skillet.
2. Cook your meat of choice. I cooked 3 slices of Canadian bacon.
3. Melt 1 tbsp of butter on the griddle/skillet and pour on 2 eggs whisked with a splash of heavy cream, salt & pepper.
4. Place your keto bagel or bread on the egg with the outside facing up.
5. Flip the whole thing over.
6. Add your meat to one side along with a slice of cheese.
7. Fold it over and then cook for about 30 seconds per side or until the outside is toasty and the cheese is melted.

*6 net carbs for the entire sandwich. 🙌
