Looking for an alternative to regular potato chips? Kale chips is a nice alternative, also you can't stop at just eating one.

Recipe:

- 4-6 Kale Leaves
- 3 Tbsp Agive
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1. Pre-heat your oven to 200F / 93C
2. Rinse kale and remove as much water as possible
3. Place kale into a medium size bowl
4. Mix Agave (or use Honey), Olive Oil, and Garlic Power
5. Place kale onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
6. Bake in oven for 50 minutes
7. Kale should be dried out when done. Let set for 5 minutes before removing kale from baking sheet.
