I officially changed from a marathon to 1/2 marathon for Aug 15th. After 4 weeks of very little running I have lost conditioning and with only 3 weeks to the marathon I do not have time to properly prepare for the run. I have decided to only run the 1/2 marathon and will shoot for a new PR. My optimistic goal (which I will pace for) would be 2 hours or under, but realistically think I will be a couple minutes over 2 hours. Todays 15.08 k was 1:27:49. That is just slightly slower than the pace I will need for the 1/2 marathon to complete it in 2 hours. My run stats on Strava @ https://www.strava.com/activities/5684992044
