ROCKETS EXPLODE NEAR AFGHAN PRESIDENTIAL PALACE DURING EID PRAYERS

Eid al-Adha celebrations in Afghanistan started with a bang on Tuesday, but not in a good way.
As President Ashraf Ghani and other officials offered prayers at the presidential palace in Kabul to mark the beginning of the holiday, TV coverage caught the sound and reverberations of several rockets exploding nearby.
Impressively (or perhaps stupidly), nearly everyone continued their prayers regardless. There were no immediate reports of any casualties or injuries.
At least three rockets were fired from the north of the capital and ‘landed in areas near the Presidential Palace,’ Afghanistan's TOLOnews reported.
While nobody has yet claimed responsibility for the attack, Ghani later blamed the Taliban.
