Today’s video can be used at any time of day for a calming effect; however, the focus is more on nighttime mediation to help you have a calm transition to a deeper sleep.

The intent of my channel is to help everyone cultivate a mindfulness meditation practice. Mindfulness meditation works to enhance creativity and innovation in just 10 minutes a day. It can also improves sleep and mental clarity, helping with depression and anxiety and much more.
