Dough for dumplings on kefir:
Kefir 2.5% - 1 cup (I have 300 milliliters)
Flour - 3.5 cups
Egg - 1 piece
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
This dough is well suited for both sweet fillings and non-sweet ones. (You can add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to the dough and cook the dumplings for a couple)
In the container, break the egg, add kefir at room temperature, salt, sugar. Mix and start gradually adding flour. Knead the dough and leave it to rest for 30 minutes under the film. At this time, we prepare the fillings.

For me, the most terrible crime in cooking is to cook dumplings with cherries with a bone) So I wash the cherries and remove the bones in a convenient way for you (with tweezers, a tube, a pin) and let the cherry juice drain for 5-10 minutes.

The finished dough is cut into 4 parts and each part is rolled out with a thickness of 2-3 millimeters. Cut out the circles from the dough with a glass, put 2-3 cherries and sprinkle a small amount of sugar on top. We press it well and send it to boiling salted water.

Once the dumplings pop up, cook for 2-4 minutes over medium heat. Serve with butter, sour cream and cherry berries.
The strawberry filling is made in a similar way. Cut the strawberries into small pieces, put them in the dough, sprinkle with sugar and cook until tender.

Dumplings with potatoes and squashes:
Potatoes - 1 kilogram
Dill - 5-7 sprigs
Salt, butter.
Lard/bacon-100 grams
Onion - 1 piece

Peel the potatoes, cut the mullions into pieces, fill with water, add salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are soft. Drain the water. Add the butter and mash the potatoes. Add the chopped dill and mix.
Shvarki fried with onions until golden brown can be added directly to the potatoes or sprinkle with ready made dumplings) Put the cooled filling in the dough, press it well and cook for 2-5 minutes after it pops up) Enjoy it ❤ ️ I have homemade cherry liqueur for dumplings) the recipe will be in stopim a little later)
