Spanish govt to allow people aged 16 and over to freely change their gender

The Spanish government plans to allow citizens aged 16 or over to change their gender without having to obtain a medical diagnosis or hormone therapy. The draft law also pertains to those aged 14 to 16, who will need parental permission, and those aged 12 to 14, who will have to go to court.
