In the footage, Russian security forces repeatedly demand that the British leave Russian waters and, after several warnings, FIRE WARNING SHOTS (Watch!)

Britain’s Ministry of Defense denied the Defender had been fired on or was in Russian waters, instead insisting it had charted an “innocent passage through Ukrainian territorial waters in accordance with international law."
