Hip Vinyasa Part 2
This sequence focuses on poses that I've done to stretch my hip muscles. Sometimes the pain and discomfort felt in the hip, which may radiate down the leg, is simply tight muscles, usually the Piriformis. It can affect your gait and ripple into other areas in your body causing great discomfort. This is not medical advice. Check with your doctor for a sequence that will work well for you.
