Powerful Women of the Bible: Anna
In this video, I will be talking about Anna. She is powerful woman of the Bible because she is the only prophetess mentioned in the New Testament. She was 84 years old, was a widow after being married for 7 years and spent the remainder of her life praying day & night in the temple. Her purpose in life was to see baby Jesus when He was brought to the temple and spread the good news to everyone. Her story is only 3 verses long, but it resonated with me because it is a reminder that regardless of how old you are, you have a calling in your life. I hope you are encouraged by this story to live out your purpose too.
