Insulin Resistance

🔊 Are you affected by this fast-growing health issue? 🔊

Insulin resistance.

Diabetic and pre-diabetic are terms that mean you're resistant to insulin. If your doctor has checked your insulin levels, they were probably pretty high.

Insulin is the hormone that grabs ahold of sugar in the body. The body is smart; it knows that too much sugar will damage your blood vessels, nerves and organs, so it has insulin to take care of sugar.

So, WHY is your sugar level elevated if you have plenty of insulin to grab onto the sugar?

THAT is the question.

Your cells have become resistant. They're not hearing the messages anymore.

Due to years of damage all added up together, your cell membrane isn't working like it should. The hormone insulin can no longer attach to the cell as it should.

What's the cause of this cell damage? It could be from:

❌ Too many toxins

❌ A bad diet

❌ Other lifestyle choices

And you certainly don't need to have a diagnosis of diabetes or pre-diabetes to be insulin resistant! This process begins WAY before your doctor gives you that diagnosis.
