Week 7 Day 4 Marathon Training in Crucita, Ecuador

Today was a 40 minute HR Zone 2 run. Felt very comfortable. The last kilometer I picked up the pace to finish strong. Felt good. Im not looking forward to Sunday. Its a 2.5 hour easy run. I need to be finding some podcasts to listen to for these runs. I used to listen to Joe Rogan on long runs but you can no longer download his podcasts without a subscription to Spotify.
