Western diplomatic missions have condemned the suspension of Twitter in Nigeria. The African country indefinitely banned the social media network after Twitter removed a post by the Nigerian President that promised a crackdown on separatists.
But while the US tech giant claims a free and open internet is an essential human right back in America, it appears to operate according to different principles.
