UAP / UFO in Louisiana? WTF is this?

No shit, we were just standing outside on my brother in law's driveway, saw this, and I just picked up my phone and recorded. Could be a balloon? There were 3 of them, and they didn't move like any other thing I've ever seen. They looked like sideways rotating S shapes.
