UFO sighting in Metairie, Louisiana.

My friend got me outside and said that he had seen at least 30 of these UFOs in the sky. When I came out there was only a few and then they disappeared. My first thought was that they could be Japanese lanterns but after looking at the video I just don't know. My first UFO sighting!
