1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg yolk
1 tablespoon real vanilla extract

2 cups or 280g All-Purpose Flour
1 cup or 100g quick oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt

12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
