The Value of the Soul - May 30, 2021

What do you value most? Is it your own life? Is it relationships? Is it the things that you possess or want to possess? What value do you place on your soul? Some people don’t even believe that they have a soul. They would gladly exchange their soul for something that they believe is real. The Bible teaches that the soul is real and that it is of infinite value. In chapter 8 of Mark’s gospel, Jesus asks two important questions:
1. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul?
2. What can a man give in exchange for his soul?Show more
