Reporters slammed for grilling Biden... about his ice cream flavor

US President Joe Biden sounded like a ‘chocolate chocolate chip’ wind-up doll on his visit to Cleveland, Ohio.

In a clip showing the moment Biden stopped for a sugar fix and a reporter got to ask him any pressing questions, Biden was asked, ‘What did you order?’ He replied, earnestly, ‘Chocolate chocolate chip.’

The reporter went in for a second question, ‘What is your message to Republicans who are prepared to block the January 6 commission?’

His message? ‘Eat some chocolate chocolate chip.’

*Imaginary cone drop*... and the crowd went wild!

He did eventually manage some words other than ‘chocolate chocolate chip,’ however, commenting, ‘I can’t imagine anyone voted against establishing a commission on the greatest assault since the Civil War on the Capitol, at any rate, I came for ice cream.’

The reporter took a bit of heat on Twitter for not really embracing the opportunity to speak truth to power. After all, someone needs to tell him it’s rude to speak with your mouth full!
