Another Ice bath done. Slowly developing the Adaptation. Above all have experience of Silence, Stillness and Resilience.

Cold freezing water teaches me to be Still. Maintain Silence both inner and outer and instills Resilience.

Water is a great Teacher. One of the 4 elements easily available.
