Deadlift💪🏋️‍♀️ workout. Beltless and shirtless.

Deadlifts were done at the end. The focus was to keep my Wrist Strap absolutely tight, chest up and push the floor without pushing the bar forward. I did kicked the bar forward in few of the sets.

Can you spot that?

Once again, I wanted to film what the back does and looks like in heavy Deadlifts.

I don't recommend Lifting heavy without belt until you have few experience of Lifting.
