Hi! 🖐 This is arm and shoulder workout at home using only a pair of dumbbells!
We will hit shoulders, the biceps and triceps lifting and lowering with control to really tighten the arms, help build shape to upper body and increase strength.💪
I'm using 2 x 3kg for your reference! If you are a beginner, take dumbbells with less weight.
Workout Plan:

✅ Interval: 30sec ON / 10sec OFF
