EU considers shunning Belarus airspace over forced landing

The European Union and NATO military alliance may cut off transport links into Belarus, after the country used a fighter jet to ground a Ryanair passenger flight and arrest a dissident journalist aboard. The incident has few precedents, and Ireland is calling it state-sponsored "piracy." Matthew Larotonda reports.
