Holiness: The Antidote to Chaos

The fire of Pentecost brings good news, for the lost children of Eden can once again be sufficient to stand with God. When the Holy Spirit comes to us in its fullness, we can live with clear minds who stand firm in truth and holiness. Let us not be confused: holiness is a beautiful thing, and it is the antidote to the evil which infects and mangles every aspect of life. The Holy Spirit came that we might not be passive, but that we might stand firm in contending for the Gospel of Christ Jesus, for Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and there is no other path to goodness and truth except through Him.
