Today we are going to be doing a 20 Minute cardio and ab home workout. This workout can be done from the gym, your house, backyard, hotel room, where ever you are!

I did this workout with a group of Co workers and it was a killer workout. All my workouts are built to get you an efficient workout in a short amount of time.

Workout Details:
– 5 rounds of the following:
– 30 seconds jumping jacks
– 30 seconds inchworm
– 30 seconds squat engines
– 30 seconds bicycle kicks
– 30 second rest
– 30 seconds jog in place
– 30 seconds heel touches
– 30 seconds high plank leg raises
– 30 seconds bridge pose
– 30 second rest
