Forgiveness is complex

I am sure we all want to forgive and forget!

Many people believe they have in fact forgiven somebody or a situation, but quite often there is stress and pain in the body, because forgiveness hasn’t happened.

They are still bleeding out from a (emotional) wound which now doesn’t get a chance to breathe or heal.

The thing is, our conscious mind tricks us into believing that it’s all done and dusted and forgiven.

The conscious mind is clueless as to what memories are replaying (11,000,000 per second) in the Subconscious.

And that is the reason why we have conflict and stress in our bodies, friction in our relationships and violence in the world.

I used to believe that if I work on healing myself/ or my clients in a holistic way, forgiveness will take care of itself.

In the same way that when the dog is happy, its tail will wag (tail= forgiveness).

Rather than grabbing the tail and move it sideways, pretending that the dog is happy.

But recently I have had a change of heart.

I realized that forgiveness can be proactive.

It can be a choice.

Like: who am I forgiving today?

Or: is there anything going on in my subconscious, that needs my forgiveness?

With 11 million memories per second flowing through the subconscious mind, it is safe to assume that forgiveness work is ALWAYS NEEDED.

Like washing your hands and cleaning your house and having a shower every day. These are daily tasks.

Our subconscious mind needs our help and the Ho’oponopono is a perfect cleansing process.

Dr Len used it a lot. He was asked to take up a position in a mental hospital for the criminally insane.

It was a difficult, dark place, which a high turnover of staff and little improvement of the patients.

Dr Len took the job and spent the next couple of years inside his office.

He never saw the patients, but as he studied each patient’s history, he repeated the Ho’oponopono, which is an ancient Hawaiian prayer.

All the patients recovered fully, and the ward shut down.

Such is the power of this tool which is only 4 sentences.

I am sorry,
Please forgive me
I love you,
Thank you!

It transmutes toxic memories to pure energies, and helps to set you free from the past, so you can have a great future.

When you practice this prayer daily, you start to heal from the inside out, and then it is easy to be connected to Source.

Your subconscious mind will love you for it and it will become your best friend.

So lets do it! Take a deep breath and inhale….and as you exhale, become present in your body.

Now I invite you to bring a person (it can be yourself) or event to mind that is bothering you.

Allow that image to come into your mind.

The first thing we are going to do is we are going to apologize for anyway we might have offended.

‘I am sorry! I apologize for any way I may have offended you, your family or your ancestors. It’s not my intention to hurt anybody.
If my words, deeds, or actions have hurt you in anyway, please forgive me.
It is not my intention to hurt or offend anything or anybody.

I ask for your forgiveness…. to the divine
…..and to this expression of the divine that is manifest in this situation.

Thank you for the lessons learnt,
for the opportunity to grow, for the puzzle that I had to figure out that made me find my medicine.
Thank you for the gift, for the opportunity to get closer to the divine.

I love you.
I sincerely care for you.
I wish you well.
I wish you only the best.
I wish your family the best and I wish your ancestors the best.

You may have to work with yourself till you get to the point where you do truly feel things. And it does truly transform things.

A powerful way to release cords that bind us to the past.

Work that tool, so you get into that place of unshakeable peace and harmony and your calming loving light will transform the planet.

Much love, Grada
