Lower body workout:

• 20 hip thrusts
X3 w/ 60 sec rest

• 24 walking lunges (or lunches, depending on what time of the day it is 🙃)
X3 w/ 60 sec rest

Superset 1:
• 12 goblet squats
• 12 alternating curtsy lunges
X3 w/ 90 sec rest

Superset 2:
• 12 sumo squats
• 12 alternating lateral lunges
X3 w/ 90 sec rest
